Easy Exchange Policy
At Poshaabe, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer an easy exchange within 7 days of receiving your items.
How it works:
- Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original tags and labels must remain intact.
- Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate an exchange.
- Exchange Options: You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or product within the same category, depending on availability.
- How to Request an Exchange: Please contact our customer support team at poshaabe@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the simple process.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
Returns, Replacement & Refund Timeline:
Damage Cases:
If a damaged product is received, once the return is approved, the replacement order will be delivered within 7 days.
Return & Exchange:
If a return is approved, the exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 10 days.
Return Policy:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund Policy:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
