Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Poshaabe, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below is an overview of our shipping and delivery policies to keep you informed every step of the way.

1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 48 hours. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days from the date of dispatch.
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Delivery times will depend on the type of order you make(Prepaid/COD). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • COD Orders - Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days.
  • PREPAID Orders - Express Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, and the efficiency of third-party couriers.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are as follows :  

  • For COD Orders : Rs. 90/- INR will be added at the time of checkout.
  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on Prepaid orders.

4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Shipping times and costs for international orders may vary depending on your location. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also check the status of your order through your account on our website.

6. Delivery Issues
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, Poshaabe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. In the event of a delayed delivery, please contact the courier directly or reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately so we can update your details before your order is shipped.
